Weyforward CIC - Secure Exchange Service TM - Terms & Conditions

1. Service Overview  
Weyforward CIC provides a pick up/drop off (PUDO) service to assist sellers and buyers using online platforms to sell or purchase items. Our service is intended to facilitate the exchange of goods, but we do not take ownership or responsibility for the items themselves.

2. Your Responsibilities 
- For Sellers: You confirm that the items you are sending are your property and that you have the legal right to sell them. You must not send any stolen or prohibited items. - For Buyers: You are responsible for ensuring that the items you collect are as described by the seller.  
- Weyforward CIC will not inspect or verify the condition, legality, or authenticity of the goods.

3. Limitation of Liability  
- Weyforward CIC is not responsible for the condition of items picked up or dropped off. We are a facilitator, not a party to the transaction between buyer and seller. - Weyforward CIC will not be liable for any loss, damage, or theft of items before, during, or after pick up/drop off.
- We are not responsible for any accidents or injuries that occur while using the service, except as required by law.

4. Faulty or Damaged Items  
Weyforward CIC does not accept responsibility for faulty, damaged, or misdescribed items. Any disputes should be resolved directly between the buyer and seller.

5. Data Protection  
We respect your privacy and will only use your personal information to provide the PUDO service. Your data will not be shared with third parties without your consent unless required by law.

6. Insurance  
Weyforward CIC has full public liability insurance, covering accidents or injuries arising directly from the use of our service, but we do not insure individual items being picked up or dropped off.

7. Prohibited Goods  
We do not accept or handle prohibited items, including but not limited to illegal substances, firearms, and hazardous materials. If we suspect illegal activity, we reserve the right to report it to the authorities.

8. Amendments to Terms  
Weyforward CIC reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website.
